A service waiver will be signed by all clients in order to proceed with and in order for an appointment to be considered confirmed. These terms apply to any interaction with
"Into The Mystic" and its providers with online and offline activities. These waivers may appear in hardcopy or digital format as a form to fill out and sign or through a digital terms of service box the client will review and check off, to acknowledge and indicate they understand the terms of service.

By scheduling or paying for any service related to the esoteric you declare you have read this disclaimer and agree to the following. There is a no refund policy. All payments must be forwarded in full as soon as the session is booked. If cancelling your appointment within 48hrs notice, rescheduling is permitted within the same year of the purchase date. This can be applied towards any service of your choice with any practitioner, or gifted. If you do not cancel your appointment within 48hrs there is a no refund policy. We'll do everything we can to make sure you love your experience with us.

Appointment times are scheduled according to (EST) Eastern Standard Time and is indicated in the booking calendar section. If there is a booking error please message us immediately to correct this.

Please note that not all services are live, service details will indicate if it is a recorded session. When booking your reading the date and time you select will act as a register for when your reading has been placed. Once your payment is received, service preparations begin. You will receive your personal Tarot reading as a Video File within 7 Business days sent to the e-mail you have provided as a link to save for reflection. The video link transfer of the recording is available to download for 7 days.

Each of our products are made to order. All orders take 1-2 weeks to be printed and shipped. Domestic Orders (Canada) for items purchased in the shop once shipped, arrive between 3-7 business days. Letter-post to USA is 4-6 business days and International Orders 4-7 business days. Please note these delivery standards are approximations by Canada Post and are not guaranteed as occasionally package delays can occur in customs. This is out of our control. We thank you for your patience and appreciate your purchase. Be mindful during holiday season as delivery estimate times cannot be guaranteed, best to order in advance. For all order support inquiries, please include your order number.

To keep shipping costs affordable all orders will be mailed by letter size mail. There is no tracking with stamps. Please note Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are in the process of acquiring an affordable tacking option for the future. If you realized you checked out with an incorrect address, please e-mail us as soon as possible. We will only be able to update the address if the package has not yet shipped.

Exchanges and Returns are not accepted under any circumstance for non-damaged goods purchased from the Shop. If an item has been damaged in transit please email photos of the damaged items and a replacement will be shipped out within 1-2 weeks time.

Digital items aren't eligible for returns or exchanges because of the nature of these items. Customers can download these files as soon as they complete their purchase. Customers will receive links to download their digital products in the thank you page of the checkout, along with an emailed link that will last for 30 days. (This is a Wix service condition we do not have control over).

Gift cards have no expiration date or service fees. Keep the card safe and treat as cash. Into The Mystic will not accept any liability for lost, stolen or misplaced gift cards.
