There is a no refund policy. All payments must be forwarded in full as soon as the session is booked. If cancelling your appointment within 48hrs notice, rescheduling is permitted within the same year of the purchase date. This can be applied towards any service of your choice with any practitioner, or gifted. If you do not cancel your appointment within 48hrs there is a no refund policy.
